 Companies and individuals have multiple avenues for nomination, including self-nomination, third-party nomination, or nomination by our in-house research team. To ensure a strong response rate, we kindly request nominees to disclose their identities. Our awards system is built on the fundamental principle that success is not determined by the quantity of votes received. Instead, we prioritize merit as the key factor in determining award recipients. In order to prevent spam votes and address cyber threats, we actively monitor the website for any abnormal activities. 

 To ensure a strong emphasis on relevant candidates, we kindly request all nominees to confirm their acceptance of being included in the shortlist. This empowers individuals to have full control over their decision to proceed with the award. Nominees are provided with an opportunity to present their own data, which is taken into consideration alongside the information gathered by our research team. Please be aware that the research process may take up to 8 weeks to complete

 During a brief press embargo period, we kindly request our winners to refrain from making any public announcements. This allows us to adequately prepare various coverage options that we offer. Our program manager will work closely with you during this time to determine the most suitable coverage for your needs. We provide a diverse range of options, including physical trophies, wall-mounted plaques, digital certificates, web-based advertisements, and press releases. These options are designed to be customizable for each individual firm, regardless of budget, ensuring that the awards are tailored to your specific requirements. Furthermore, it is important to mention that awardees will receive million worth of media exposure, offering substantial mileage for promoting their businesses. 

 In order to sustain our chosen beneficiary and ensure the continuity of our event in the coming years, we have implemented a nominal fee for nominees to be included in the shortlist and considered for the award. This fee helps cover the costs associated with our internal vetting procedure and supports the event. However, once nominees accept their position on the shortlist, they have full control over their decision to proceed with the award. Nominees are also provided with an opportunity to present their own data, which will be evaluated alongside the information gathered by our research team.
